Order an Estoppel
Please complete the form to request an Estoppel. Estoppel fees must be paid in advance to our Corporate office prior to us processing the Estoppel. The Standard Estoppel fee is $250. A RUSH Estoppel fee is $350 with a 3 day turn around.
Once we receive your request, you will be sent an email with additional information about our Estoppel process.
We can complete Condo Questionnaires however you must supply the form to be completed and email it to us. The cost to complete a condo questionnaire form will vary depending on the form.
