• Prepare annual budget and facilitate budget workshops in coordination with your manager and the Board of Directors.

• Collect maintenance assessments/dues and post all fees and fines in a timely manner utilizing our management software system.

• Manage delinquency notifications and coordinate collection activities with the Association’s collection attorney.

• Process Estoppel requests according to the Association’s governing documents and polices developed by the Board of Directors.

• Disburse funds for Association expenses and utilizing online payments whenever possible to expedite vendor services.

• Maintain bank accounts and make recommendations on how to handle reserve accounts.

• Prepare and distribute financials on a regular basis to all owners though their online portal, allowing for complete transparency.
